Customer Payment Information
Town of Annetta water bills are due on the 15th of every month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday the bill will be considered late the next business day after noon, after we have applied all payments received. The cut off date on your bill will apply once you become 2 months past due, which will put you at risk of disconnection of water service. Water consumption is read by an automated water meter.

We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience:
In person: Our office at 450 Thunder Head Lane is open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal check, cashier’s check, cash and money orders. There is a $35 Returned Check Fee including late penalties if your check does not clear the bank. Upon the 2nd returned check, we will no longer accept personal checks.
USPS: Mail your payment to Town of Annetta, PO Box 1150, Annetta, Texas 76008. Please allow 7 days for First Class Mail delivery as USPS does not specify guaranteed delivery. We do not offer late penalty adjustments if it is not received on time.
24 Hour Secure Payment Dropbox: The payment drop box is in front of our building by the flag pole at 450 Thunder Head Lane. We accept personal checks, money orders or cashier’s checks in the payment box.
Personal Online Banking: You can issue a bank check to us from your bank at the above address. Keep in mind your bank may use a 3rd party check printing company to mail us the check. Please allow 7 days for First Class Mail delivery. We do not offer late penalty adjustments if it is not received on time. Please consult your bank for refunds.
Pay over the Phone: 817-441-5770 from 8 am to 5 PM, Monday-Friday, except holidays. We accept MasterCard, Visa & American Express. A 3% credit card processing fee applies.
Pay Online: Located on the home page, you can create an account online and pay your monthly bills. A 3% credit card processing fee applies. Even if you choose not to pay your bill online, it is a great way to see your current balance and other data. For your first payment, enter zero as your last payment amount.
Auto Pay: Through your Municipal Online Payment account you can set up auto pay through your credit card. You control when the payment will be drafted. A 3% credit card processing fee applies.
Automatic Draft: It’s free! All we need is the completed ACH form and an original voided check or letter from your bank on their letterhead with your account information to get this started for you. There is a $35 Returned ACH Fee including late penalties if it does not clear the bank. Upon the 2nd return, we will remove the ACH service from your account. For your convenience, you can drop the form in our secure payment drop box.
